Hi everyone! Kim, and I have decided to start a blog to find out who still wants to get together in 2008. The idea was so that we could all meet each other in person. We are hoping everyone one is still interested in meeting. So please leave a comment, and if you do let us know which state you live in. We don't have an area picked out yet, but we are going to try to find an area that is in the middle for all who wish to meet. Also if you wish just to leave a comment here to say hi, not as your kitty please feel free to. That is why we named it the Fuzz Family Blog. We will try to keep the links list updated for everyone, but as well all know it is very difficult to do. Seeing we have new bloggers join everyday. Thanks, Val

At first we decided on Big Cedar Lodge in Branson, MO because it was in the middle of hte country and there is plenty to do in Branson. PLUS, the resort has all kinds of WONDERFUL amenities. We would like an idea of where most people live for the sake of logistics. I'm very familiar with all parts of the country and want to locate a site that is just right for all. Let us know as we had initially planned on late June to mid July sometime. Please use this blog to leave your comments.
Other questions that need to be addressed are whether or not we bring spouses and kids. This presents a problem for some and is OK for others. We are still in the planning phaze so please be up front.

I would like to come, if possible, but due to lack of finances (on disability), and being in a wheelchair I don't know if I could or not. I am in Nashville, TN. (I think there are at least 2 other bloggers here as well. Brandi(the human, not the cat), and Kitikata-san'.
Oh, that would be wonderful to meet all the cat bloggers we interact with all the time. I'd love to do it! Don't know about the spouse thingy, he may need to stay behind and take care of the fur family.

I'd like to come but we have project due 1st of July so I doubt I could get off for June or early July. We are in Northern Alabama.
Well, here I am. I still think it's a good idea but I don't know if I would be able to make it because of funds. Most of you all live in the eastern part of the country, except for Utah. It still would be so neat to meet all of you. If I can make it I would be coming on my own, no spouse.

I think this is a wonderful idea!! I've only been blogging for a few months, but I've made so many friends I would dealy love to meet in person!
We live in west central Indiana and Branson would be perfect.
The spouse/kid issue wouldn't apply to use because my sister Suzanne and I,the humans behind Artsy Catsy, are both single & live together since we inherited the family home after our mother's death in 2001, and our children are adults (mine lives in Italy), so it would just be the two of us.
Of course, we would have to get Rocky's permission :-)

If the fate allow, I will be working and will have some money to put asode for a nice weekend. My vet has a great boarding rate for kittehs, all 3 of mine could stay inthe same kennel, his staff is very loving and playful and it's only $27.00 per night. The Louche Tabby herself notified me of the plans going forward, and I would still love to attend, that is, if prodigal daughters are allowed!
We shall be a party of one, for a short but event-filled stay!
